Cancellation before shipment : To cancel an order before it is shipped , write to our customer care.

Cancellation after shipment but not delivered: in case you wish to cancel your order, kindly do not accept the delivery of the order which has already be shipped , the refund shall be initiated after we receive the shipped products.
